We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and exploring candidates' real motivation and interest, validating their skills and competencies, and presenting quality talents in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, with at least 5 years of experience, including direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates. They should also possess very strong networking and relationship-building skills, as well as fluency in English communication skills (verbal and written).
The role involves full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities, for clients in the Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors. Key responsibilities include creating job descriptions, posting jobs on various job sites and databases, networking, researching databases, contacting, sourcing, collecting, screening applications, selecting, examining, evaluating, and interviewing candidates.
In addition, the successful candidate will be able to prepare a qualified short list of prospective candidates, coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment. They should also be familiar with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter, and have working experience with CRM or ATS systems.
