**Design Experience Lead**

The Role of a Design Experience Lead involves defining and leading design experiences across multiple products. This includes taking ideas from concept to completion, conducting research, and gathering feedback to refine designs.
As a Design Experience Lead, you will work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and scope appropriately. You will also contribute to establishing and maintaining a consistent design language and component library.
You will help create and maintain brand and marketing materials, contributing to the overall brand experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
* Strong portfolio with concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces.
* Strong proficiency with Figma and ability to translate requirements into simple design solutions.
* Experience designing for similar users is preferred (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals).
Benefits and Work Expectations:
The team is distributed, but generally located in North and South America (United States and Brazil). Work hours are flexible, but regular meetings are expected. The expectation is to be available to collaborate during general daytime hours.
The team relies heavily on Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion for collaboration. Although the role is full-time, you will be paid as a contractor.
Interview Process:

* Asynchronous portfolio review: Create a 15-minute video walking through a relevant project that demonstrates your skills and experience related to the role.
* Project: Spend 2 hours on a small project. You will be given product context and asked to come up with low-fidelity designs for a user experience that addresses the problem. You will present your project during a 1-hour interview with leadership.
* 1-2 additional follow-up 1:1s with the founder and/or Head of Engineering may be requested to address unresolved questions.
