Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of advanced AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI strategies, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to create scalable cloud-based architectures, and staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the field.

o You will collaborate with data science, cloud engineering, and UI designers and developers to design and develop AI-driven architectures.

o You will present AI strategies, solutions, and project outcomes to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

3. Operational Excellence:
o You will be part of the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI solutions, ensuring they perform reliably at scale.
o You will develop frameworks and processes to ensure AI models are robust, explainable, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Requirements
* English is a must.
* Proven experience in AI/ML engineer roles, ideally in consultancy or enterprise environments.
* Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, MCP, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native AI/ML architectures.
* Understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle management, including explainability, ethics, and fairness in AI.
* Basic stakeholder management and client-facing experience, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to business leaders.
* Proficiency in Python, C#.
* Hands-on experience with big data technologies and distributed computing is a plus.
