Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead – Salesforce Commerce Cloud



Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Agile delivery professional to lead the implementation and ongoing support of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) projects. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC initiatives.



The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise and can effectively coach cross-functional teams. They should have a solid understanding of Scrum and Agile metrics as well as experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms like SFCC/SFRA.




Required Skills & Qualifications:



* 8+ years in Agile delivery

* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams

  • * Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban,Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS,Nexus)

    * Familiarity with Jira (boards,filters,dashboards), Confluence(documentation), CI/CD awareness(Git,Jenkins,Github Actions,Azure DevOps)

    The following certifications would be beneficial for this role:
    Certified Scrum Master( CSM )
    Solid eCommerce domain knowledge includes:
    •Catalog,promotions,and pricing management.
    •Checkout payments,tax,& billing ,shipping ,and returns processes.
    •Order Management Systems integration requirements,,',
