Job Title: Cultural Operations SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Oversee the planning and execution of rider culture activities throughout the year, developing strategic initiatives based on insights and analysis of rider needs and business changes.Design and operate monthly themed events and traditional festivals, staying abreast of industry trends and social hotspots, and continuously refining planning strategies.Coordinate large-scale event projects, encompassing plan formulation, resource coordination, implementation, and review, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting key performance indicators.Facilitate collaboration across departments and develop activity cooperation mechanisms and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
