We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Professional for a full-time, on-site role in Florianópolis, SC. The role involves engaging with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience, driving product sales, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include creating product displays, managing inventory, processing transactions accurately, actively contributing to achieving sales targets and taking good care of the store in general. The individual will also collaborate with the team to provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to enhance sales strategies

Qualification

Strong sales and customer service skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences
.Knowledge of inventory management, product display techniques, and retail operations
.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to build relationships with a diverse array of customers
.Enthusiasm for sustainability, eco-friendly products, and alignment with MAMAZOO's mission and values
.Proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems and maintaining accurate records of transactions
.Previous experience in fashion or retail sales is an asset
.Ability to work in an on-site team setting in Florianópolis, SC
