Job Purpose and Impact The Continuous Improvement Specialist will develop, implement and sustain process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will conduct continuous improvement activities with medium project cost and risk and activities with less defined processes for multiple locations. Key Accountabilities In conjunction with the CBS CI Lead, Function Leads and Global Teams, build a CI culture within CBS. In conjunction with the CBS CI Lead, Function Leads and Global Teams, build a strong CI culture at CBS. Leverage and scale CBS Uberlandia's Lean Six Sigma program in compliance with global guidelines. Directly provide updates on the project objectives, performance measures, issues and risks to partners and management. Monitor and implement continuous improvement best practices. Develop and handle continuous improvement plans for projects with low cost and risk to reach and sustain project goals. Conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute continuous improvement strategies that meet business needs. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor?s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt with proven success in deploying training programs. Proven experience in supporting transformational cultural changes anchored on Lean principles in a multinational company globally or regionally Fluent in English Other minimum qualifications may apply PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Work experience in Share Service Centers Proven experience or certification in Project Management and Agile Methods Experience with automation of administrative processes At Cargill, everyone matters and everyone counts.
