Marketing Coordinators play a pivotal role in the success of our organization by ensuring seamless execution of client work.
The primary objective of this position is to support internal communication and task coordination, working closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
Main Objectives:
* Task Tracker Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date task trackers and teamwork spaces.
* Project Quality Control: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
