Data Analyst Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field. They should possess moderate SQL skills, strong analytical reasoning, and the ability to connect data to business concepts. The successful applicant will work closely with senior management to accelerate analysis, reporting, and business insights.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fundamental Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field
* Moderate SQL experience with a willingness to learn and improve
* Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
* Strong analytical reasoning and the ability to connect data to business concepts
Desirable Skills:
* A builder mentality with interest in creating small tools or solutions to improve workflows
* Experience working with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, pipeline, product usage, or LTV to CAC
* Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
* Knowledge of Python or scripting for data automation is helpful but not required
