Machine Learning Engineering Leadership Opportunity
Overview:
We're seeking a visionary Machine Learning Engineering Manager to spearhead the development of large-scale AI systems, fostering innovation and excellence in cross-functional teams.
This role combines technical expertise with exceptional leadership skills, ensuring that AI initiatives drive meaningful business outcomes.
* Lead and mentor ML engineers, data scientists, and MLOps professionals to deliver high-impact projects.
* Oversee the end-to-end ML project lifecycle, from data pipelines to deployment and monitoring.
* Provide strategic direction for distributed training, model optimization, and system architecture.
* Collaborate with research, product, and infrastructure teams to define objectives and KPIs.
* Implement MLOps best practices, including experiment tracking, CI/CD, and model governance.
Required Expertise & Qualifications:
Key Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning (Transformers, LLMs).
* Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and DeepSpeed.
* Experience with distributed training, GPU/TPU optimization, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred).
Nice to Have:
* Experience training or fine-tuning foundation models.
* Contributions to open-source ML frameworks.
