ResponsabilidadesLead the comprehensive management of the pre‑pilot project for the FLAR member countries, ensuring compliance with defined milestones, proper coordination with participating central banks and other stakeholders, and correct articulation of the technical, regulatory, operational and commercial flow components.Design and implement the detailed work plan, translate strategic objectives into executable plans, conduct regular monitoring of progress, risks, dependencies and deviations, and propose corrective actions and mitigation strategies when needed.Conform and coordinate the project work team in articulation with internal relevant bodies, participating central banks, technical counterparties and other institutional actors, including facilitation of diagnostic or self‑assessment exercises.Prepare periodic executive reports for senior management; develop presentations for committees, regional tables and strategic events, and document key decisions, lessons learned and project advancements.Systematize project learnings and best practices to generate technical and conceptual inputs for the C3 Platform of FLAR, disseminating and socializing results in workshops, webinars and forums when requested.Calificaciones y experienciaProfessional degree in economics, engineering, administration, finance, systems, law, international relations or related fields.Desirable postgraduate in project management, innovation, financial systems or digital transformation.Minimum 5 years proven experience in complex multi‑actor project management, preferably in payment systems, financial infrastructure or in central bank settings, public entities or international organizations, and certification in project management (PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner).Minimum language levels: Spanish C1, English C1, Portuguese C1.Conocimientos técnicosMastery of formal project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2 or hybrid approaches).Experience using planning and tracking tools (MS Project or equivalents).Knowledge of payment systems, instant payments and/or financial infrastructure.Strategic use of AI tools to improve planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of the project.Plazo y solicitudPrestación de servicios: 1 año.Si cumples con los requerimientos del perfil envíanos tu hoja de vida al correo electrónico talentohumano@flar.net.Cierre de la convocatoria el 8 de marzo de 2026.#J-18808-Ljbffr
