Revenue Operations Specialist Role
This position combines various aspects of customer support, including helpdesk, HubSpot operations, outbound sales assistance, and light marketing tasks.
* Primary responsibility involves responding to inbound support tickets from users.
* Monitoring, triaging, and resolving issues through the HubSpot Service Hub is essential.
* Delivering swift resolutions while maintaining empathetic communication is crucial.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in managing support tickets, excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HubSpot, and the ability to multitask across customer support, RevOps, and sales processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Customer Support & Helpdesk (40–50%):
* Developing internal resources or playbooks for common issues is vital.
HubSpot Operations & Administration (20–25%):
* Optimizing workflows, pipelines, automations, and ticket management across HubSpot is essential.
Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting (20–25%):
* Qualifying leads following defined playbooks is critical.
Marketing Support (5–10%):
* Assisting with email marketing campaigns, list building, and segmentation is necessary.
