Expertise in developing and implementing complex IT service management solutions is required for this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow IT service management solutions.
 * Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
 * Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to streamline processes.
 * Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed.
 * Ensure high-quality coding, testing, and deployment practices are maintained.
Required Skills:
 * 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on IT service management.
 * Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT service management capabilities, including CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery.
 * Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Experience with automation and DevOps practices to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
This position requires expertise in AI, Virtual Agent, and Robot Process Automation (RPA) technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
