Business Systems Analyst
The role of a Business Systems Analyst is to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology solutions. This position plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities.
The primary function of this position is to analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into functional specifications that meet the needs of both business users and developers.
* Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business needs to create detailed functional specifications for development teams. Create wireframes and mockups to visualize proposed solutions.
* Solution Design and Testing: Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs. Develop and execute test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Lead project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects.
* Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials. Provide ongoing technical support for implemented solutions.
