Role Description
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager based in Argentina to help expand our partnerships with advertisers and performance agencies in LATAM.
This role focuses on building a strong pipeline through outbound outreach and industry networking. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys identifying new partners, starting conversations, and turning connections into long-term collaborations.
You will work closely with internal teams to introduce our advertising solutions and onboard new partners.
Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and connect with advertisers and performance agencies in LATAM
* Conduct daily outreach through LinkedIn, email, Telegram communities, and other networking channels
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
* Schedule meetings and introduce our advertising solutions to potential partners
* Develop relationships with media buyers, agencies, and advertiser teams
* Support the onboarding process for new partners and coordinate internally with operations teams
* Maintain long-term relationships and help grow advertiser spend over time
* Explore creative ways to find partners, including industry communities, social platforms, and events
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in AdTech, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising
* Strong outbound sales or partnership development mindset
* Comfortable doing high-volume outreach and networking
* Excellent English communication skills
* Based in Argentina
* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice to Have
* Spanish + Portuguese bilingual
* Experience working with advertisers or performance agencies
* Existing connections with LATAM advertisers or media buying teams
* Russian language skills are a plus
