Solid expertise in Java backend development, with clean, scalable, and production-grade code;
Hands-on experience withcloud infrastructure on Azure (architecture, deployment, services);
Strong knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code;
Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and workload management;
Experience with Kafka for event-driven and distributed systems;
Comfortable working across infra/DevOps topics — this is not just a pure dev role;
Fluent English, ideally C1 or above — you'll be working directly with UK stakeholders and must be able to technically challenge at all levels;
