Customer Success Consultant Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
Your primary focus will be on facilitating effective onboarding and enablement sessions for clients, providing guidance to ensure they derive maximum value from our services, and maintaining strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts, develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territories, and conduct prospecting activities such as calls, emails, and presentations.
You will also deliver compelling presentations and messaging to raise awareness of our solutions, support marketing activities like workshops, seminars, and industry events, and represent our organization at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will possess proven success in solution-based sales and consultative engagement, strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear actionable insights, skilled relationship building across organizational levels, familiarity with scientific information tools and intellectual property solutions, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
