Business Development Job
This role is part of the social app business unit where you will be responsible for recruiting agencies and hosts. You will also assist with translation tasks from English to Portuguese.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit at least 200-300 hosts per month by building relationships, sourcing new talent, and leveraging internal networks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate events and product features from English to Portuguese, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
Requirements:
* Fluent in both English and Portuguese languages.
* At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management, with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Sales-oriented mindset to drive business growth and revenue increase.
* Patient and reliable individual who can meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with voice social apps and various features to provide informed guidance and support.
