As a Business Technical Service Analyst, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Evaluating client business requirements to ensure effective support and service delivery
* Collaborating with internal teams to convert client requirements into detailed technical specifications
* Providing guidance to clients on utilizing standard solutions to maximize revenue
* Maintaining knowledge of critical business impact issues from the Service Desk
* Assisting with document maintenance and record-keeping for client systems
* Participating in release management and ensuring smooth operations
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
* Strong experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
* Previous consulting experience with clients to meet business needs
* Advanced English language proficiency
