Job Overview:
As a seasoned Salesforce professional, we are seeking an experienced project leader to join our innovative team. This individual will be responsible for leading the full software development life cycle of Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and own the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/Rest APIs, and declarative tools.
4. Focus on Salesforce Vlocity development with an emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)/CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs).
5. Manage offshore team and support existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
6. Provide technical leadership to junior developers, including planning, assigning, and reviewing their tasks, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
This role requires a proven track record of leading Salesforce projects through the full SDLC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools. Additionally, they should have strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IPs.
