**Role Summary:**
A skilled Scrum Master is sought to facilitate Agile practices and optimize team performance in a dynamic, Product & Engineering environment.

* We are supporting a long-term project for one of our clients, seeking a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
* This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced Scrum Master looking to contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
