What would be your role?
* Contribute to the development of strong backend systems using Node.Js in a cloud-native environment.
* Design and implement secure, scalable system architecture, including microservices-based solutions.
* Write clean, maintainable code and apply strong quality assurance practices, including testing and CI/CD workflows.
* Develop and manage data operations using MongoDB, ensuring performance and stability.
* Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers in a highly collaborative development setting.
* Optimize performance and reliability of backend services for real-time applications.
* Stay current with backend engineering best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
What we are ideally looking for
* 7+ years of experience in backend engineering, with strong expertise in Node.Js.
* Proficiency with MongoDB, including schema design and performance tuning.
* Experience designing scalable systems using microservices architecture.
* Familiarity with QA practices, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong communication skills and proven experience working in cross-functional teams.
* Strong English communication (written and spoken)
The salary range for this position is 370,644 - 432,418 BRL per year
