Location: Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil Salary Range: 250, ,000 BRL (Base + Commission) Key Responsibilities-Develop and execute regional sales strategies for construction equipment-Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams and dealer networks-Manage sales budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting-Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships-Maintain key customer relationships and ensure contract compliance-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust business plans-Collaborate with marketing, product management, and service teams-Support product launches, promotions, and industry exhibitions-Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards Requirements-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field-5-8 years of sales management experience in heavy machinery or construction equipment-Experience in B2B sales and managing dealer/distributor networks-Strong knowledge of earth-moving machinery, loaders, and road construction equipment-Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems-Fluent in Portuguese and English-Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills Preferred Qualifications-MBA or advanced degree in Sales Management or International Business-Knowledge of credit policies, financing models, and equipment leasing-Experience in mining or construction industry sectors
