Discover the Role

The role is dedicated to maintaining high-quality IT services and ensuring the efficient operation of users' devices and office technology. Collaboration with internal customers is essential to guarantee adherence to IT processes, maximize the benefit of technology solutions, and provide clear guidance regarding technological advancements.

The support team is expected to demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and a strong customer focus. Team members are responsible for supporting the global IT team by serving as local representatives for IT support and follow the best practices under ITSM framework.



Main Responsibilities

Provide expert-level user support, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of IT services while acting as an escalation point for complex or high-impact issues.

* Lead and coordinate the maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of end-user workplace (user and office devices) acting as a key interface with the global IT organization and external vendors.
* Own and govern TMF’s IT asset management processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across inventory tracking and audits.
* Manage and resolve complex incidents and service requests, applying strong root cause analysis and ensuring timely, high-quality resolutions aligned with SLA and KPI targets.
* Coordinate escalations, follow-ups, and on-site support activities as required.
* Oversee onboarding and offboarding technical activities, ensuring secure, standardized, and efficient device provisioning, recovery, and handover processes.
* Contribute actively to local and global IT initiatives, including technology rollouts, process improvements, and automation efforts, providing technical leadership and local ownership.
* Proactively identify, assess, and report security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, reinforcing a strong security-first mindset and supporting compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
* Own the incident and service request queue, ensuring proper prioritization, workload balancing, SLA adherence, and continuous flow optimization across the support team.
* Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance to junior and mid-level support engineers, fostering skills development and consistent service quality.



Requirements

* Demonstrated proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
* Solid understanding of networking principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN setup.
* Knowledgeable in managing user accounts and groups within Active Directory.
* Highly organized and focused on delivering effective solutions balancing risk, urgency and quality.
* Customer‑centric and service‑driven mindset showing empathy, ownership and professionalism.
* Communicates confidently and clearly with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into understandable guidance and collaborating effectively within a multicultural, global IT organization.
* Familiarity with ITSM framework.
* Advanced English is mandatory.
* Spanish will be considered as a plus.
