Aptonet Inc. is seeking experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiters to join our world-class recruiting team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent in Latin America (LATAM).

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Build strong pipelines of LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
* Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the U.S.
* Act as a trusted representative of Aptonet, promoting our values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
