**Your role at Hostinger**

As a Senior Landing Page Copywriter, you’ll craft high-performing website copy that drives action. Think persuasive, conversion-focused landing pages that turn curiosity into clicks—and clicks into customers.

You’ll optimize existing copy, test new messaging, and collaborate with CRO, SEO, Product, and your Writers Team Lead to bring it all to life.

If you love experimenting with copy, diving deep into what drives results, and owning the voice of our highest-impact pages, this one’s for you.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Write and optimize landing page copy that persuades, engages, and converts. This includes crafting compelling headlines and CTAs that capture attention and drive action.
- Work closely with the CRO team to optimize copy through A/B tests to maximize conversion rates.
- Ensure website copy connects with its target audience, evoking emotions, inspiring trust, and prompting engagement.
- Continuously improve website copy based on performance data, user behavior insights, and testing results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRO, SEO, Product, and Design) to align messaging with marketing goals.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor strategies to refine and enhance our web copy.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.

**What we expect from you**:

- 4+ years of experience in conversion-focused copywriting, landing page copywriting, or website messaging.
- Full proficiency in written English, with expertise in US English copywriting.
- A strong command of persuasive writing techniques and how to guide users through the buyer’s journey.
- Solid understanding of web UX, user psychology, and how messaging supports great design.
- Ability to write clear, high-converting, action-driven copy that balances user needs with business goals.
- Familiarity with digital products—their features, audiences, and value propositions.
- Ability to stay up to date on product changes and adapt messaging accordingly to keep things relevant and accurate.
- Comfortable working with briefs informed by A/B testing, UX insights, and CRO strategy—bonus points if you're curious about the data behind the decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO principles (not mandatory, but a plus) and a willingness to learn for SEO landing pages.
- A collaborative mindset, able to take ownership of your copy while working closely with CRO specialists, UX designers, and other teams.
- Attention to detail should be part of your DNA.
