RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Carry out complex HR data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes.

2. Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.

3. Validate, input and maintain payroll data to ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of payroll services; prepare payroll for bank submission and entry into financial systems; prepare manual payments when required; prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.

4. Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.

5. Create a local document management system for an office or department.

6. Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.


REQUIREMENTS

7. High School / FE College (2 A Levels)

8. Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised.

9. Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.

10. Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.

11. Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed.

12. Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to motivate all employees to learn, grow and develop so that they can obtain the knowledge and experience they need to help the organization reach its goals.

13. Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.

14. Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.

15. Uses an understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis with guidance (but not constant supervision).

16. Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on acquiring, organizing, protecting and processing data to fulfill business objectives.

17. Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
