* Develop and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements, demonstrating your ability to adapt and innovate.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fluent communication skills in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1).
* Proficiency in MS-Office, mainly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams, with a strong emphasis on effective use and integration of these tools.
