Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting top talent with clients' needs through various channels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Dig deep into job boards, social media, and networking platforms to source high-quality candidates
* Conduct thorough interviews, assess qualifications, and determine the best fit for specific job roles
* Collaborate closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure seamless recruitment processes
* Maintain a consistent pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently
* Update candidate profiles in our ATS for future reference
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient in English and Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written)
* Able to source candidates within Brazil
* Previous experience recruiting internationally and flexibility with roles
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently
* Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities
* Familiarity with recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is a plus
