About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing top technology talent for our clients in the Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage with potential candidates, assess their skills and competencies, and present them as quality options to our clients.
* Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments, from initial contact to final placement.
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job boards and databases.
* Network and research to find top talent, source and collect applications, screen and interview candidates, and prepare a shortlist of qualified prospects.
* Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience.
* Minimum 3 years of direct headhunting experience for permanent and contract technology candidates.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills, fluent English communication skills, and excellent teamwork, time management, and organizational abilities.
* Familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter, working experience with CRM or ATS systems, and sales support or marketing experience.

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm (Pacific time), Saturdays 9:30am to 5pm (Pacific time). Position Type: Permanent.
