Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the reliability and performance of our applications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application functionality.
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and global support teams to address and resolve issues.
* Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.
* Document support processes and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
* Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed.
* Continuously improve support practices and contribute to the development of best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree beneficial.
* 3+ years of related production support experience required; experience in securities or financial services industry preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with global teams.
* Experience with basic scripting tools such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Docker.
* Growth mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced proficiency in DevOps, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
* Business knowledge of securities, fund accounting, collateral, and tri-party repo.
* Experience in platform engineering, cloud, virtual environments, MQ, database management, network, ITIL, and service management.
