Key Responsibilities
* Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
* Build and validate statistical, predictive, or machine learning models
* Design experiments and evaluate results to support business decisions
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data needs
* Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations
* Create documentation and visualizations to communicate results effectively
Must-Have
* 3+ years of experience in Data Science or applied analytics roles
* Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
* Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling
* Experience working with SQL and relational databases
* Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
* Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
* Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
* Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing)
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
* Background in startup or fast-paced environments
