Human Resources Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Brazil. This role will be responsible for supporting core HR activities while ensuring alignment with local labor legislation and global company standards.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in both Portuguese and English/Spanish languages.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field
* Experience supporting payroll, benefits administration time control systems AND maintaining accurate employee records
* Solid knowledge of Brazilian Labor Laws proficiently utilizing MS Office Suites including Excel Power Point Word AND proficiency IT business system software
