About the Role
We're looking for a high-trust Operations Coordinator to support our founders and leadership teams with daily activities, communication, and project management.
This is a dynamic role where you'll act as an extension of the founder's operational capacity, keeping things organized, moving, and aligned.
Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, schedules, reminders, and day-to-day priorities efficiently.
* Support internal and external communication on behalf of the founder or leadership team effectively.
* Assist with project management: tracking tasks, organizing workflows, and ensuring deadlines are met consistently.
* Conduct research and prepare summaries, briefs, and follow-up documentation professionally.
* Provide light design support using Canva (presentations, templates, visuals) creatively.
* Maintain organized systems, files, and SOPs to keep operations smooth and efficient.
Requirements
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple moving parts and follow through consistently.
* Proactive mindset, someone who anticipates needs and solves problems before they arise.
* Comfort with light design work (Canva or similar tools).
* Professional, composed, and able to represent the founder with discretion.
* Bright, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
