The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with agency clients across various sectors, including chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and campaign performance that drives real results.
This position involves a unique blend of client interaction, data-driven analysis, and internal team coordination to ensure smooth operations from onboarding to ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive Communication: Engage in daily interactions via calls, emails, and texts, providing clear updates on campaign performance, next steps, and upcoming improvements to clients.
* Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through setup, ensuring proper configuration of tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns. Set realistic expectations around timelines, deliverables, and performance standards.
* Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Review ad and funnel performance daily, track key metrics like CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate. Identify potential issues early and suggest actionable fixes.
* Internal Collaboration: Communicate findings and improvement plans to relevant team members, ensuring effective execution and follow-through on implemented changes.
