Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for internal teams, customers, and vendors.
Main Responsibilities
* Providing technical support to internal teams, customers, and vendors via on-site visits
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to network devices, data center operations, and ITSM tools
* Assisting with the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery
* Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, data center operations, and ITSM tools
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including network devices, protocols, and architectures
* Knowledge of data center infrastructure management applications and monitoring tools
* Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow
* Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and backup technologies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
