A high-level SAP Fieldglass developer is required to lead the technical assessment, enhancement, and implementation of strategic initiatives across the SAP Fieldglass platform.
This role focuses on optimizing contingent workforce management, improving integration reliability, and enabling advanced capabilities such as assignment management and facility access integration.
* Assess and implement Fieldglass Assignment Management to streamline the integration between maintenance work orders and contingent labor.
* Ensure accurate data flow and process alignment between Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA.
* Stabilize and enhance integrations between Fieldglass and S/4HANA for SOWs, timesheets, and fee submissions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, ensuring data consistency and performance.
* Design and implement integration between Fieldglass and global facility access systems (e.g., Genetec, Alert Enterprise).
* Enable validation of contractor time-on-site against timesheet data for compliance and cost control.
* Improve usability and performance of Fieldglass through configuration enhancements and process automation.
* Support training and documentation efforts to ensure adoption of optimized workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead technical efforts in expanding Fieldglass CW capabilities across regions.
2. Ensure scalable architecture and integration with SAP and third-party systems.
3. Advocate for standardized processes and modular architecture to maintain system integrity and simplify upgrades.
4. Promote decoupled integration using APIs and event-driven architectures to reduce system dependencies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Fieldglass data models, configuration, and extensibility, as well as experience with Fieldglass-SAP S/4HANA integration, including CPI and API-based approaches.
In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to conduct technical assessments, identify gaps, and propose remediation strategies.
Experience with Agile methodology usage and SAP certifications are highly valued.
