Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. Now, we've just launched in Brazil, through a pilot in Santos and São Vicente, with more destinations ahead.
What You'll Do
1. Improve Core Merchant Experience:
* Analyze root causes of cancellations
* Define and execute structured action plans
* Partner with Product, Ops, and CS to implement structural fixes -
* Build dashboards and monitor performance impact
2. Lead Peak & Special Event Operations
* Develop operational playbooks for key periods (Christmas, Carnival, World Cup)
* Identify high-risk cohorts and mitigate operational risks
* Ensure stable performance during demand spikes
3. Solve High-Impact Structural Issues
* Improve experience for key accounts
* Review and refine refund & liability policies
* Drive cross-functional alignment to reduce recurring issues
4. Drive Merchant Performance Programs
* Develop and scale the Super/Top Restaurant Program
* Create structured performance tiers
* Launch initiatives to improve merchant health and unlock GMV
5. Enhance Merchant Platform Experience
* Identify friction points in merchant tools
* Propose improvements to increase self-service
* Reduce operational dependency on manual support
What We Need From You
* Required
* Demonstrated experience in operations, marketplace, consulting, or similar environments
* Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills -
* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives -
* Data-driven mindset -
* Strong stakeholder management -
* Fluent English
2. Preferred
* Experience in food delivery or marketplace platforms
* Experience building performance or incentive programs
* Exposure to product/platform improvement projects
