As a Senior National Sales Executive, you will develop relationships with our customers and bring our brands to life globally. Responsibilities
1. Lead collaborative business planning aligned with strategic goals to develop and execute key partnership initiatives, category programs, and drive brand sales.
2. Engage with customers through contacts and visits to review strategic directions, identify problem areas, and explore opportunities for product growth.
3. Create Account Business Plans including goals, initiatives, actions, support needs, and new product suggestions.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers internally and externally.
5. Collaborate with local bottling partners and distributors, enhancing sales capabilities and stewardship discussions.
6. Develop supply chain strategies and activate initiatives to improve efficiencies across Coca-Cola North America’s product supply and foodservice distributors.
7. Monitor competitive activities within assigned geographies and communicate insights promptly.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive resource delivery for mutual benefits.
9. Lead stewardship routines with distributors, measuring and communicating activities against plans.
10. Implement Coca-Cola’s category innovations at national and local levels within the foodservice distributor network.
11. Foster change by removing barriers and resolving service issues to ensure high distributor customer service levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of national sales experience in beverage or CPG industries.
3. Strong leadership, prioritization, collaboration, and project execution skills.
4. Experience in relationship management with suppliers, contractors, and bottlers.
5. Knowledge of supplier capabilities, performance management, and distributor relationships.
6. Understanding of supply chain operations, transportation planning, and carrier networks.
7. Ability to seek and recommend optimal solutions fostering win-win outcomes.
