**What you'll do**:
- Partner with Product Management to translate business needs into best-in-class, modern design solutions.
- Champion UX standards and methodologies across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and align with developers on UX design work.
- Mentor junior UX designers on design skills and strategies.
**Who you are**:
- 3 - 5 years of UX Design experience in an Agile environment.
- Bachelors or equivalent degree in Design or a related field.
- Native-level English skills.
- Experience delivering wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications and final assets.
- Understanding of personas and use cases.
- Understanding of design systems, information architecture, design patterns and interaction design.
- Expert knowledge of design/wireframing software such as Figma or similar (we currently use Figma).
- Experience with design handoff to a development team.
- Experience with design research.
- Self starter and motivated.
- Excellent strategic thinking, time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and balance multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development environment.
**Desired**:
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Basic HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
- Previous experience with qualitative analysis tools and UX Research methods.
- Proficiency with Jira software (for task management).
