* They will collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.

* Responsibilities will include coordinating and managing data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.

* The Data Assurance Manager will also provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members, ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP data conversion is required, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.

* Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti is also preferred.
