The Role We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help Shopify merchants get the most out of Growave. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, customize Shopify themes, and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver smooth solutions. Employment Type Contractor (Contract) – you are responsible for your own taxes and social contributions. Responsibilities Troubleshoot technical issues on Shopify storefronts Customize Shopify themes (Liquid) for Growave widgets and integrations Communicate with clients via Intercom, email, and calls Create and edit scripts for Reviews, Loyalty, and Wishlist features Debug client-side issues using browser developer tools Collaborate with Developers on complex technical cases Read and modify code in Shopify + Growave environment Requirements 1+ year of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Shopify theme customization experience (Liquid) Familiarity with Shopify apps and ecosystem Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Strong communication and self-management skills Languages English and Portuguese (required ) Additional languages are a plus What We Offer Fully remote work Paid vacation and public holidays in your country Work on a fast-growing global Shopify product Collaboration with an experienced international team
