The Role
We’re looking for a senior, strategic leader to manage high-value ecommerce clients ($10M–$100M/year) and mentor our team of strategists.
This is a strategy-first, client-facing leadership role—not execution-focused—working closely with copy, design, and tech teams.
What You’ll Do
* Own retention strategy for 5+ high-value DTC clients
* Build lifecycle roadmaps, testing plans, and performance insights
* Lead client communication and monthly strategy calls
* Analyze data (LTV, cohorts, retention, etc.) to drive decisions
* Mentor and train junior strategists
* Build and optimize AI workflows to improve team performance
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in lifecycle/email marketing (Klaviyo required)
* Experience with brands doing $1M+/month
* Strong client management and communication skills
* Deep analytical mindset (LTV, cohorts, testing)
* Experience leading or mentoring teams
* Hands-on knowledge of retention tools and flows
* Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Bonus Points
* Experience in agencies or high-growth DTC brands
* Familiarity with tools like Recharge, Rebuy, Triple Whale, etc.
* Experience building systems, processes, or training teams
