About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Scrum Master, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices. This is a hands-on position that requires collaboration with distributed teams, close working relationships with Agile leadership, and a willingness to experiment and provide feedback.
Job Description:
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. You will also support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team, as well as partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
