The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT sales and customer service principles, as well as proficiency in multiple languages (English, Portuguese, and Spanish).

Responsibilities:
* Partner Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with partners, providing support and guidance to ensure their success.
* Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new partners are well-informed about our policies, team structure, pricing, billing, support, and development procedures.
* Collaboration & Business Development: Develop deep understanding of partners' businesses, identify challenges and opportunities for growth, and drive collaboration and lead exchange.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree: In any relevant field.
* IT Sales or Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles within the IT industry.
* Languages: Fluent English, Portuguese, and Spanish language skills required.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.
