About the Position:
The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for driving the execution of our product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, structured, and timely delivery.
This is a senior hybrid role that combines elements of project management and product coordination, suitable for someone with experience in customer-facing SaaS environments who thrives in organized, execution-focused roles.
 * Manage and coordinate the day-to-day product development process.
 * Facilitate planning meetings, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
 * Translate product ideas into structured, development-ready tasks.
 * Draft and refine feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
 * Track progress across sprints and proactively identify and resolve delivery issues.
 * Maintain task boards and ensure relevant documentation is kept current and clear.
 * Communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., medical experts, support) to clarify priorities and requirements.
 * Support the team in staying aligned with product goals and delivering meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver products on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales to ensure alignment and effective communication.
 * Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact product delivery.
 * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to product development and delivery.
Requirements:
 * 5+ years of experience in project management within a software team.
 * 3+ years of experience in product management within a software team.
 * Experience working closely with developers and understanding the rhythms of SaaS product delivery.
 * Comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Strong organizational and communication skills.
 * Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex product work.
 * Capable of operating independently while keeping the broader team aligned and informed.
Preferred Background:
 * Candidates experienced in roles such as product or project management within a small or medium-sized software company.
 * Business analysis, product operations, or implementation roles in SaaS environments.
 * Demonstrate web-based software products you've helped build, being used by paying external customers.
