Freelance Weekend Community Manager
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to manage our social media presence on weekends and holidays. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing social engagement across our family of brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Publish feed/story content with native text and tools to engage our audience.
* Monitor tags, comments, and direct messages across platforms to respond timely and effectively.
* Search, flag, and respond to brand mentions, keywords, and conversations that require attention.
* Identify and capitalize on high-opportunity moments to drive engagement and growth.
* Flag priority issues, trend spikes, or approvals as needed to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
* Creative confidence in real-time posting and response.
* Excellent written English and social-first copy instincts to craft compelling content.
* Fluency in multiple brand voices to adapt to various tone and style requirements.
* Discretion and professionalism in all interactions with our audience and stakeholders.
* Experience in entertainment or toys to bring industry expertise to the role.
* Ability to collaborate quickly on real-time opportunities to drive success.
This is a remote freelance position open to international candidates with excellent English and strong autonomy.
