Agile Coach and Team Facilitator
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach and Team Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business value through collaborative teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Foster cross-functional collaboration among teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
* Cultivate and sustain high-performing teams by coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
* Promote continuous learning and improvement throughout the organization.
* Facilitate major events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt to ensure smooth workflow.
* Manage program-level cadence and optimize the flow of value across the organization.

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in agile coaching, team facilitation, or a related field.
* Skills: Strong understanding of lean-agile principles and methodologies; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
