Recruiter for IT Technical Positions
We are looking for a skilled recruiter to fill IT technical positions. This role is based in Latin America and will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent.
You will recruit LATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companies and also support U.S.-based recruiting efforts. Our goal is to connect clients with exceptional talent who share our vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and screen qualified candidates for IT technical roles
* Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal teams
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly
Requirements
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles
* Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals
* Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
* Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies
* Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling
* Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement
