Account Manager Opportunity
In this role, you will be at the forefront of client relationships, ensuring the seamless execution and success of marketing campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with teams and clients: Maintain clear and consistent communication to meet client expectations and campaign goals.
* Client Meetings: Lead discussions on results, strategies, and tasks in English to ensure alignment with client objectives.
* Client Success Ownership: Proactively work to ensure client satisfaction and the success of their campaigns.
* Support for Media Buyers: Provide essential support to media buyers, enabling them to deliver results for our clients.
* Portfolio Growth and Client Retention: Foster strong relationships with clients to grow their portfolio with us through upsells and ensure their continued satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
* At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in agencies, demonstrating a track record of customer satisfaction and experience working with multiple accounts.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of client needs.
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English, enabling the leadership of client meetings and discussions with ease.
